Hosameldeen “Deen” Saleh, is a Certified Public Accountant and a small business consultant with over 14 years of progressive accounting and business experience. His professional mission is to help individuals and small business owners improve their financial position. After graduating from Cairo University, he obtained his first job as a sales auditor at a large national retail company in Milpitas, California. There, he learned from his boss Eugin that “when small things are done right, big things happen” and used it as a way of doing business ever since. He became a Certified Public Accountant with a focus in helping small businesses implement accounting systems that increased efficiency and productivity. As a result he has saved several businesses on average as much as $100,000 annually with his excel based sales and inventory systems. majority of businesses Deen has worked with are small sole proprietor businesses, LLCs, and Small Corporations, of which enabled him to be a one stop shop for all their accounting needs. He then was able to offer tailored accounting systems to each individual business, which ranged from business formation services, bookkeeping services, accounting and reporting services, as well as, tax planning and filing services. This also included representation as needed for meetings with both the IRS and California Franchise Tax Board. An example of Deen’s successful strategies, is his advice to schedule C filers and independent contractors with average net income of $60,000 to form an S corporation which in turn saves them over $10,000 in self-employed tax. At the personal level, Deen is happily married. He and his wife Linda reside in the City of Modesto, with their cat named Bella. He likes designing and printing t shirts as a hobby. Deen and his wife love to travel and volunteer their time serving lunch with Salvation Army.
