I have three children and I was told that my domestic partner could legally claim one of my children on her taxes since she provides more than half of her care. We have been together for 11 year and I have always claimed all three. Can she claim one? An

claim the one child, since she provided over half of the child's support, and you can claim
the other two children, as your dependents.
