I am a Massage Therapist in the state of Missouri. I am interested in donating gifts to my patients, such as a free massages. Can I deduct these gifts as charitable contributions?

The short answer is no, you cannot deduct the value of the services you provide for free to customers as that is considered similar to a trial for tax purposes. If it was benefiting a qualified 501(c) organization, then that's a different story.
