I provide meals to my employees every day. Can I deduct the expenses associated with those meals?
ANSWER
The BIDaWIZ Team's Answer:
The meals are excludable from the employee's income, and the cost is fully dedictible
by the employer, if more than 1/2 of the employees are furnished meals, and it is
done for the convenience of the employer. See IRC 119 and irc 132.
