Are gifts to corporations counted as income to the corporation for tax purposes?

ANSWER

Expert Mark Anderson's Answer:

No.   Gifts to individuals and corporations are not taxable.  The donor would be responsible for filing gift taxes and payment of the taxes.  I hope this answers your question.  Thank you.
