We have a local market in Seattle, Washington. We cook food and serve it to our clientele as well as offer them prepared food. We also sell certain ingredients such as our sauce in our gift store. We don't charge sales tax for any of the items. Is that correct?

You are generally correct as food and ingredients are exempt from retail sales tax. However, prepared foods and soft drinks are subject to sales tax.
