If I drive to trade shows and sell our products there, does that create sales tax nexus?

Nexus is created if you maintain a temporary or permanent presence of people (employees, service people or independent sales/service agents) or property (inventory, offices, warehouses). Temporary presence is created by trade show attendance Nexus is created once a substantial physical presence is established. The requirement varies in each state and can vary from 1 day to a number of days. Please know, however, that some states do not recognize attendance at trade shows as creating nexus.
