I am starting a new business and want to start the process of forming a legally entity this week. I have prior experience with LLCs, but this is a different type of business. We want to reinvest as much as we possible to help the company grow. What is the best business entity to form when the main goal in the beginning is to reinvest our companies profit back into the company for more advertising, expanding the website, and hiring employees as we grow?

The best type of entity to choose based on the criteria you set forth: reinvesting profits, not taking a salary, and overall great flexibility would be a C Corporation.
