My store is in Kansas and I am selling a taxable product to someone who is based in Florida. Since we are a destination based sales tax state, do I charge sales tax?

Most state sales tax rules are based on the destination of the end user. Thus, in this case you would charge sales tax based on the Florida state sales tax rate.
