I am buying and selling on eBay. Do I have to pay sales tax on out of state purchases if I am simply reselling those items? I should get my Indiana retail certificate next week.

The BIDaWIZ Team's Answer:
No: only on puchases from IN vendors, and even those
sales are exempt, if the product is being purchased
for re-sale, and not for personal consumption.
