I rent a home and I am also a realtor who works out of his home. What home expenses can I deduct for my business?

You are allowed to deduct your home office business expenses, and all other
business expenses. The deductible home office expense equals the percentage
of the rental expense that is devoted to the home office; plus, utilities, etc.
