Are student Loans forgivable if the participant is disabled?

Yes, it may be possible via a total and permanent disability (TPD) discharge. Please note that if the client is only partially disabled, then unfortunately they will not satisfy the total and permanent disability (TPD) discharge. Who is the client's lender? It may be possible for the client to negotiate directly with the lender.
