I have been receiving donations to help with cancer treatment. What taxes would I pay for the medical expenses?

You do not need to report the gifts you receive.   The donors may need to be concerned about gift taxes.  You should be able to deduct your medical expenses.  I hope this answers your question.  Thank you.
