If I filed an inaccurate federal tax return and already got a refund and plan to file an amended tax return, do I file my state taxes based on the amended tax return or the inaccurate one?

You must file the state tax return based on the correct
amended Federal tax return, and you need to attach a copy
of the amended Federal return, to the state return.
