I heard the IRS is delaying the start date for filing tax returns in 2013. When can I start to e-file my 2013 tax return?

The IRS recently announced that 2013 tax returns that are e-filed will be accepted starting on January 31, 2014. Filers can still begin working on their tax return before then, but it will not be accepted and processed by the IRS before that time. This also means that filers will not receive their tax refund before then. Lastly, please also note that 2013 tax returns are still due on Tuesday, April 15th, 2014.
