Do I need to file my state income tax return for a company I was only at for 3 days and the withholding tax was only $0.46 and I earned $209?
ANSWER
The BIDaWIZ Team's Answer:
The earned income, and the withholdings, should be reported on your state tax return,
for your state of residency. If the withholdings are for a different state, that is not your
domicile state, there is no need to file a refund claim, in the non-residency state, due
to the immaterial dollar amount.
