If I want to buy a house and I am a first time home buyer but I have a co signer on the loan. Will I still be able to get the tax rebate from the IRS on my tax return?

The BIDaWIZ Team's Answer:
You are still eligible for the credit. The financing assistance
will not preclude your eligibility for the credit. The credit
eligibility requirements are set forth via IRC 36 of the "worker,
home ownership, and business assistance" act of 2009.
