My disabled Son has over $8,000 in unused tuition credits from prior years He is on a disability pension & does not earn income or pay tax As his caregiver can I & how can I transfer those credits to me?

If you reimburse him for the $8,000, in tuition,

you can then avail yourself to either a tuition deduction,

or to one of the three available tuition credits that may

apply to your tax portfolio.
