My child is in a private home daycare center. Can I claim the amount that I pay the babysitter? It is not a family member.

The BIDaWIZ Team's Answer:
Yes; you may claim a credit, in this regard, on Form 2441,
if the expenses are incurred in furtherance so that you may
work. See IRC 21.
