Is it possible two life estates to exist on a property. For instance, can two sisters contribute resources in exchange to have a place to live for the remainder of each individual's life?

It's possible to have two life estate owners on the same property. A document can be created giving them both a life estate with the remainder being distributed upon the second death. However, it may be better to structure this property in a trust.
